My first half marathon (21.097494 kilometers) at the Borealis Marathon event in Linz, Austria.

Preparation period [3 weeks]:

+ Week 1 - 5km, 48mins.

+ Week 2 - 10km, 83mins.

+ Week 3 - 15km,106mins.


Half Marathon - 2:15:07mins.  

Recovery Period - 3 days

Half Marathon - 2:32:42 mins.

Recovery period 7 days to regain full fitness.

Parental Guidance : Don't try this at home :)
